P&O Ventura - Day 2 - Sea Day and Formal Night
Today was our first sea day on board Ventura, and after a very rocky night it turned into a much more relaxed day than planned. The ship was definitely moving overnight, there were lots of bumps and bangs that kept waking us up. Nothing was too uncomfortable but it was just enough to disturb our sleep, so we were feeling pretty tired this morning. We took things slow and headed up for breakfast around 10am which turned out to be a mistake. The buffet was one of the busiest we

P&O Ventura - Day 1 - Embarkation, Beach House & an Unbelievable Show!
We’re currently sailing on board Ventura for a 7-night itinerary (A Coruna, Gijon, Santander and La Rochelle), and this was one of our smoothest embarkation days yet. We drove down to Southampton the night before, the drive very wet and very dark! We stayed at a lovely Airbnb which made such a difference. Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas - Full Cruise Review
We recently sailed on board Independence of the Seas for a five-day Northern Europe cruise. The cruise started in Southampton and visited the ports of Rotterdam and Hamburg. Unlike most of our previous cruises, we chose this cruise specifically for the cruise line rather than the itinerary, as it was our first Royal Caribbean experience. This review covers our embarkation, cabin, dining, entertainment, and overall experience.

Marella Explorer - Full Cruise Review
In April 2025, we sailed onboard Marella Explorer on a 7-night cruise from Palma to Corfu. We were both very excited to be sailing with Marella as lots of people had told us that they thought we would really like it.

Cunard Queen Anne Review – Our First Cunard Cruise Experience
Sailing with Cunard is something we both dreamed of long before we even discovered our love for cruising. So finally stepping onboard Queen Anne for a 7-night sailing felt incredibly special. Although Laura had stayed onboard Queen Anne for one night at launch, this was the first full Cunard cruise for both of us, and we were very excited to see whether the experience lived up to the reputation. We were also very aware that Queen Anne has divided opinion among loyal Cunard f
